Sonic Cascade LLC sells music production software plug-ins through this Site. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

All purchases made through this Site are subject to our End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which governs your right to install, access, and use our software. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the EULA. Our software is licensed, not sold.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors. We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.

4. Software License

Upon purchase of a software plug-in from Sonic Cascade LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your personal computers for your own personal or professional music production purposes. This license does not permit you to:

Redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your license to any third party.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.

Use the software as part of a service bureau, time-sharing arrangement, or similar service to third parties.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio samples, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Sonic Cascade LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The Sonic Cascade LLC name, logo, and all related product names and slogans are trademarks of Sonic Cascade LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sonic Cascade LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our software products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
